I grew up in the outskirts of Detroit...I know a bit of what you are going through...although I've not ever lived permanently where it DOESN'T snow.

Just think, only a little over 3 months till Orlando beckons us!

2 - Actually, I'm very much enjoying it. I'm sure that I will eventually grow tired of the cold and snow; but right now it is something wondrous and new.

Of course, I'll be in Orado the latter part of January where I'll be able to escape the Michigan winter for a week.

3 - Ahhh.... 78 degrees today mostly sunny skies with these little round cotton-balls floating around that kinda look like clouds. Oh yeah...still wearing shorts and barbequeing outside. Mesquite smoke surrounds the tri-tip roast then billows out into the neighborhood. Would have gone great with a Spanky Brew today!!!

your backyard looks beautiful. We are missing you guys much. The people finally moved into your house,promptly put up a basketball hoop that looks just like yours, and they have left the flower pots. It is hard to believe you guys don't live there anymore. I have no idea how this bolg thing works am i doing it ? gotta go
