I love Dell computers; but Joel is absolutely right

I could not agree more with Joel's thoughts on Dell.

I love Dell computers, I recommend them almost every time I'm asked; heck, I even sell them. But boy oh boy, do I ever hate buying them. It is an absolute exercise in frustration.

2 - I can't say enough good things about Dell equipment or customer service -they are both great. The buying "experience" however is a major PIA. (I should know, I've specified and purchased around 5-7 systems* per year from them for the last 10+ years).
