Preparing for Columbus Day

I just got back from the grocery store, where I purchased the following items:
- (9) 1 gallon bottles of Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water
- (2) 7 pound bags of Reddy Traditional Cocktail Cubed Ice
I have also double checked my propane levels (plenty in both tanks), made sure I have plenty of sanitizer on hand (purchased a fresh 1 lb. bag last week), and started washing equipment.
Guess what I'm doing tomorrow
